Our online shop specialized in Rilakkuma items, including plush, stationery, tote bags, pencil cases, pouches, and many other products by San-X. Jemolian’s Store features preorders from various official companies. We ship to both local and international locations !

Jemolian’s Store’s services provided includes preorder and backordering of San-x catalog items.

  • Preorder : Ordering of upcoming items from the official catalog, to be released on the allocated month
  • Upcoming : Items ordered and confirmed which on the way to Singapore
  • Instock : Available for purchase
  • Back Order : Older items or Popular items series from the catalog

Store Information

  • Jemolian’s Store : Buyers interested in postage or registered mail can purchase their items directly from Jemolian’s Store and packages will be sent out.

Preorder / Upcoming Items Information

  • Preorder items will strictly follow the deadline set and will close accordingly
  • Buyers is recommended to purchase the Preorder / Upcoming items separate from the Instock items for possible refund reasons
  • Buyers will be notified accordingly if items do not reach and if refund is required

Deadline Information

  • In order for us to receive a higher percentage of items from the official companies, we require buyers to heed and follow the deadline given and shown
  • Information of the deadline includes : Preorder Deadline, Payment Deadline

Please note that for San-x catalog items for “Preorder” and “Upcoming”, the items will not be confirmed until they have arrived in Singapore as they are items are allocated by San-x to resellers. Orders placed by buyers or customers that contains these items will be given at a “first come first serve” basis and will be refunded if the stock ordered does not arrive.

Stock & Shipment Information

  • For Japanese items, the items will be shipped from the official agent from Japan at the start of each month at our request, which will take about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive in Singapore via SAL.
  • The estimated time that items will take is 3 to 6 weeks from their release date to arrive to reach Singapore. This is due to the different release date of each company or series, thus all shipments are combined before shipping.
  • Special request for express shipping is not available due to the length of time needed for the agent to handle the packages.

Items / packaged required to sent overseas will be processed accordingly. For any special request, please send an email or message our Facebook page !

International buyers can receive their item(s) through international airmail:

  • Economy Airmail / Letter Mail
  • Surface Mail
  • EMS

*Items needed to be sent internationally will be recommended to be sent by Economy Airmail. All shipping prices are determined by the service provider and we try to be as accurate as possible. SingPost (Singapore Post) has adopted a rounded up approach on their shipping fees, thus out website will be following their pricing strategy.

Where is Jemolian’s Store located ?
Jemolian’s Store is based & located in Singapore. Jemolian’s Store is operated from Jemolian’s home in Sembawang.

Where do we post & ship to ?
We post our items domestically (within Singapore) and overseas (International) for all our items.

How is domestic postage calculated ?
The price of domestic postage accounts for the cost of the following :
Stamps (Based on weight) / Registered Mail ($2.25)
Envelop / Polymailer / Box & Packing materials
Items that are non-letter types sent through Normal Mail are taken by SingPost as ‘Non-Standard Mail’, therefore requires more stamps which is in relation to the weight of the item(s).

What about meet ups or self collection ?
We offer self collection at Sembawang MRT station for our items. We may meet up at other pre-arranged locations for collectibles. Meetup might be impossible due to scheduling.

Are the pictures on the item pages an accurate representation of the item ?
Generally yes ! The pictures are taken with the item or represents the look & condition of the item. However, for general merchandise, there may be possible minor variation or defects due to manufacturing or printing.

Do we have a physical store ?
No. Jemolian’s Store is a online blogshop or webstore. However, we participate in flea markets from time to time. We will inform and announce on our Facebook page or main page ahead of time if we are taking part in any flea markets or events.

Want to see our items personally ?
Currently we wouldn’t be able to let you view our items personally. You can visit us during our participation in any flea markets or events to take a look at the items available.

Are the pens or electronics really working ?
We will test our items before sending them out. Generally for items that do not have packaging will be tested. Items that comes with a seal will not be tested. We will not assume the responsibility for untested products to be working or not.

Are the items listed “Limited” really limited ?
Generally yes ! All items are purchased by Jemolian, from various online sources. All items has been searched & compared through various platforms before being labelled as “Limited”.

Are item prices negotiable ?
Prices can be negotiated if bought in large bulk.

Have a request for us to bring in other items ?
Do let us know or contact us if you have any ideas on things that you would like but we currently do not offer. We will search our supply platforms to bring them in if reasonable.

What are the special dates / promotions for our store ?
Special dates for Jemolian’s Store can include the following : 13 Oct (Store Anniversary), 12 Aug (Jemolian’s Birthday), 1st of every even month (Announcement of Monthly Sale). The possible promotions that we might have are : Monthly Sale, Clearance Sale, Anniversary Sale.

Is Jemolian’s Store trustable ?
It’s up to the buyer to decide if they want to trust us or not. Jemolian’s Store has been operating since October 2011, Jemolian has held countless photo proofed preorders, new arrivals and at home open house events for buyers to purchase the items.
